Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PJB Music's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

PJB Music provides professional musical services including but not limited to:

• Live musical performances for events, weddings, and private functions
• Music composition and arrangement services
• Music lessons and educational services
• Recording and studio services
• Musical consultation and advisory services

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed contract
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due 7 days before the event date
• Prices are subject to change based on specific requirements and travel distance

Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, check, or major credit cards. All payments must be made in USD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payment

Late payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposit. A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation

• More than 60 days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 30-60 days before event: 50% refund of total payment
• Less than 30 days before event: No refund
• Force majeure events: Refund or rescheduling options available

PJB Music Cancellation

In the unlikely event that PJB Music must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or assist in finding a suitable replacement performer.

Performance Terms

Equipment and Setup

• PJB Music will provide all necessary instruments and basic sound equipment
• Client is responsible for providing adequate power supply and performance space
• Setup time of 60-90 minutes is typically required before performance
• Additional sound reinforcement may be required for large venues (additional cost)

Performance Duration

Standard performance packages include specified duration with optional breaks. Extended performances or additional sets are available at additional cost.

Repertoire

While we accommodate special requests when possible, repertoire is subject to the performer's capabilities and advance notice requirements for new material.

Liability and Insurance

PJB Music carries professional liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to venue property not caused by gross negligence
• Injury to guests or attendees
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Weather-related cancellations for outdoor events

Intellectual Property

All original compositions, arrangements, and recordings created by PJB Music remain the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not:

• Record performances without prior written consent
• Use recordings for commercial purposes without licensing agreement
• Claim ownership of original compositions or arrangements

Privacy and Media

PJB Music may photograph or record performances for promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise. Client information will be kept confidential and used only for business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where services are provided.

Modifications

PJB Music reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
